Accident Insurance

Accident insurance, available through Unum Life Insurance Company of America, provides you with benefits for major accidents and death, which may not be covered by a medical plan.

The plan features include:

• Coverage for you and your family members, which you can purchase each year during Open Enrollment. Note: For family members to be eligible, you must also enroll yourself.
• Benefit coverage for accidental dismemberment, catastrophic accidents, emergency dental work, and eye injuries.
