Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Hospital Indemnity Insurance, available through Unum, is designed to help with out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your medical plan. In the event that you or a covered dependent is hospitalized, the plan will pay you directly, and then you decide how to best use the money.

Plan Highlights

Hospital Admission	$1,000 per covered person, per calendar year
Daily Hospital Confinement	$100 per day, up to a maximum of 15 days per calendar year
Emergency Room Treatment	Accident only: $150 per covered person, per calendar year
