Omnicell offers a free service called Advocacy Services to help you and your family members work through complicated claims issues with your health plan providers if you’ve been unsuccessful trying to resolve them on your own. Advocacy Services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. There are two ways to contact an Advocate:

Who are Advocacy Services?

The Advocacy Services Team is a group of representatives with extensive experience handling health care issues related to:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision

Contact Advocacy Services if your questions aren’t being answered or if you disagree with the answers you’re getting from your health plan. An Advocate can help research your issue and work with your health plan to resolve it on your behalf.

Your Advocate will ensure your issue is handled fairly, promptly, and with your well-being in mind. Advocates attempt to resolve urgent issues within 24 hours and non-urgent issues within five days.
