As a new employee, you are invited to enroll in Omnicell’s employee benefits program. We provide comprehensive plans with premier providers to meet the needs of our employees and their families. We know you just started a new job—you’re busy, you have a million things on your mind and a lot on your plate. We also know that ensuring you have the right benefits for yourself and your family is important. For this reason, we’ve made it as easy as possible to get the information you need so you can take action by your deadline.

You must enroll by your deadline!

If you are an Omnicell employee working at least 30 hours a week, you become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following your date of hire*. You must enroll within 31 days of your date of hire. If you don’t enroll, you won’t have coverage for the current plan year. Your next opportunity to enroll will be in the fall for benefits effective the following plan year or unless you experience a qualifying life event.

*If your start date is the first of the month and it is on a work day, you are eligible for benefits effective on this date.

Note: A 401(k) enrollment packet will be sent to your home address within the first month of your hire date. After 30 days of employment, all new employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Savings Plan. Contributions (made on a before-tax basis) start at 5% and automatically increase 1% per year (not to exceed 10%), unless the employee manually changes the deferral percentage. If you would like to change the automatic enrollment, please register and log on to the Fidelity Investments website (www.401k.com) or contact Fidelity at 1-800-835-5097. All changes are effective within two pay periods following the request.
